The top-swing win dow is equipped with an integrated child safety lock which blocks the sash when it is opened approx. 100 mm. Further

opening of the window is done by deactivat ing the child safety lock and the sash can now be turned 170° outside the façade of the house, so the outside of the glass can be cleaned from the inside. The sash can also be opened to a random angle and secured by the built-in friction in the ironmongery. Note that the position of the sash cannot be secured during strong or gusty winds.
